Photo access

  • AskFrank uses photo selection only when you choose a residential maintenance photo for troubleshooting.
  • If photo access is unavailable, open iOS Settings, find AskFrank, and review photo permissions.

Notifications

  • Notifications are used for optional home maintenance reminders.
  • You can use AskFrank even if notification permission is denied.

Subscriptions and restores

  • AskFrank Plus is managed by Apple through the App Store.
  • If you already subscribed with your Apple ID, use Restore Purchases in the app.
  • Apple manages billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods.
