Photo access
- AskFrank uses photo selection only when you choose a residential maintenance photo for troubleshooting.
- If photo access is unavailable, open iOS Settings, find AskFrank, and review photo permissions.
Notifications
- Notifications are used for optional home maintenance reminders.
- You can use AskFrank even if notification permission is denied.
Subscriptions and restores
- AskFrank Plus is managed by Apple through the App Store.
- If you already subscribed with your Apple ID, use Restore Purchases in the app.
- Apple manages billing, cancellations, refunds, and payment methods.
